The Outpatient Medical and Psychiatric Care Central Switzerland Ltd (AKPZ) is a dedicated outpatient care service specialising in psychiatric care and support. We accompany people in the cantons of Zug and Schwyz in their familiar homes and assist them in maintaining their independence, stability, and quality of life.

To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated and empathetic Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe) with an interest in psychiatric care.

Your tasks

• Support and accompany clients with mental illnesses in their home environment
• Implementation of nursing and care measures according to the care plan
• Promotion of the independence and everyday skills of our clients
• Observation of changes in health status and communication of relevant information to the specialist team
• Support in the implementation of individual care and support goals
• Careful documentation of the services provided

Your profile

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ (FaGe)
• Interest in psychiatric care and enjoyment in working with people in challenging life situations
• Experience in psychiatry or working with mentally ill people is an advantage
• Empathetic, patient, and appreciative personality
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Driving licence category B
