Role:
ERP systems are the backbone of efficient business processes – we are looking for a personality who helps ensure their reliable operation while driving digital advancement. The position combines application management, business analysis, and IT service management and offers significant influence on the development of a complex ERP landscape.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the stability, availability, and continuous development of business-critical ERP applications
Support of key users and business managers with demanding technical and professional questions
Analysis of requirements and translation of business needs into robust IT solutions
Management of requirements, changes, and testing throughout the entire change process
Optimisation of incident, problem, and service processes according to modern ITIL principles
Monitoring defined service quality and deriving concrete improvement measures
Coordination of internal specialists, external IT partners, and other stakeholders
Planning and management of ERP releases, updates, migrations, and regression tests
Participation in strategic digitalisation and ERP projects as well as taking on independent sub-projects
Analysis of system dependencies and further development of the application architecture
Building and maintaining modern knowledge and system documentation
Support of additional business applications and taking on further application ownership tasks
Qualifications:
Completed IT training or comparable technical qualification, ideally supplemented by further education in business informatics
Several years of experience in ERP application management, business application management, or IT service management
Solid experience with ERP solutions; knowledge of SAP FI, CO, MM or IS-H is particularly interesting
Experience with BI and reporting solutions as well as understanding of data-driven business processes
Good knowledge of ITIL, change management, requirements engineering, and software testing
Understanding of integrated business processes in areas such as finance, procurement, personnel, and patient management
Ability to analyse professional requirements and translate them into clear technical solution approaches
Strong communication skills and confident handling of different stakeholders
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
