What to expect

• Supporting our clients in the analysis, conception and implementation of projects focusing on enterprise and software architecture
• Conception and design of strategies, architectures and scalable, maintainable solutions that meet business goals and technical requirements
• Participation in and leadership of interdisciplinary projects in close collaboration with clients, our software engineers, architects and other consultants

What you bring

• At least 5 years of experience as a software engineer, IT consultant or in a role with similar requirements
• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, engineering or comparable qualification
• Experience in leading software projects, including planning, control and successful implementation of medium to large projects with interdisciplinary teams and a heterogeneous set of stakeholders
• Solid enterprise and software architecture knowledge. Certifications (e.g. TOGAF, iSAQB) are a plus
• Experience using architecture design tools such as ArchiMate, UML, BPMN or comparable tools for modelling and visualising complex software systems
• Solution-oriented, communicative personality with high initiative and team spirit
• Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
• Industry experience in banking and insurance, and/or in the public sector and transport is a plus
• Preferred: Experience with modern AI-supported analysis and research tools such as Claude AI, NotebookLM, Microsoft Copilot or similar
