Your Tasks

In this versatile position, you ensure a well-kept, clean and homely environment with your expertise and commitment. You take responsibility in housekeeping and make an important contribution to the well-being of our residents. Your main tasks include:

• Plannable working hours within the timeframe from 06:15 to 16:00 according to deployment planning
• Professional maintenance cleaning of resident rooms, care rooms and public areas
• Carrying out basic, special and periodic cleaning
• Final cleaning of apartments upon move-in and move-out as well as window and glass cleaning
• Ensuring and complying with quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Accompanying, promoting and co-supervising apprentices in the field of housekeeping
• On average, you will work about 4 hours on a weekend once a month

Your Profile

• Completed training as a Housekeeping Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector or hospitality is essential
• Independent, structured and careful way of working
• High service orientation and enjoyment of varied tasks
• Team spirit, flexibility and sense of responsibility
• Empathetic and appreciative interaction with elderly people
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
