About the job
We offer two apprenticeships as Chef EFZ (3 years) starting 1 August 2027.Every day, approximately 1000 meals are creatively and individually prepared in our modern hospital kitchen, tailored to the needs of our patients. Guests in the Vita restaurant, residents in the care centre, the Zobra daycare centre, as well as external foundations, are competently catered for. The daily routine also includes the artful presentation and preparation of various platters and plates for our internal and external banquets.

Your tasks
- Proper handling of various foodstuffs
- Preparation and cooking of dishes at the respective station
- Attractive and creative plating of dishes and platters
- Knowledge of seasonal and regional products
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
- Correct goods receipt
- Targeted use of professional cleaning agents
Your profile
- Completed compulsory schooling (secondary, middle or district school)
- Enjoyment of cooking
- Good practical skills
- Sensitive taste and sense of smell
- Good German skills in writing and speaking
- High degree of independence, initiative and resilience
- Communicative and a team player
