Role:

Rethink digital workplaces: Connect Microsoft 365, Azure, Identity, and Security into a powerful platform for modern working.

This position is aimed at Microsoft specialists who combine technical depth with a strong understanding of digital work environments. The focus is on modernising workplace platforms, cloud security, automation, and the intelligent integration of Microsoft services.

Work location: Basel or Zurich with hybrid options

Responsibilities:

• Design and further development of modern digital workplace architectures

• Technical responsibility for central Microsoft 365 services

• Planning and execution of cloud and workplace migrations

• Development of scalable solutions for Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Establishment and optimisation of endpoint management with Microsoft Intune

• Further development of identity and access management with Microsoft Entra ID

• Conceptualisation of secure access models for users, devices, and applications

• Integration of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and other Microsoft services

• Development of automated processes for administration and workplace management

• Use of PowerShell, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph for process automation

• Analysis of performance, configuration, and integration issues

• Optimisation of stability, security, and user experience of the cloud platform

• Implementation of security and compliance requirements within the Microsoft cloud

• Development of technical standards, operating models, and best practices

• Evaluation of new Microsoft technologies and identification of meaningful applications

• Consulting of departments and stakeholders on technical cloud and workplace issues

• Technical support of projects and transformations

Qualifications:

• Completed IT training, advanced professional education, or degree in the ICT field

• Several years of experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure

• Solid knowledge of Intune and Entra ID

• Good knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint

• Experience with Microsoft cloud security and identity management

• Understanding of conditional access, MFA, and zero-trust architectures

• Practical experience with PowerShell

• Knowledge of Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, or API integrations is an advantage

• Experience with cloud migrations and hybrid environments

• Ability to analyse requirements and develop technical solution concepts

• Experience in implementing complex ICT projects

• Customer-oriented communication and strong consulting skills
