What you can contribute

• Carry out procurement projects in the ICT environment below the WTO thresholds throughout the entire source-to-pay process
• Support and advise stakeholders in procurement planning
• Implement legally compliant procurements according to public procurement regulations
• Represent the ISC-EJPD in procurement-related matters towards external partners
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes, systems, and documentation

What makes you unique

• Commercial or technical training with further education in purchasing
• Knowledge in operational purchasing and preferably in public procurement, or in the IT environment as well as basic business administration knowledge
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• IT affinity, good knowledge of MS Office applications as well as knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
• Good knowledge of a second official language
