As a stainless steel specialist, our core competence lies in customised stainless steel worktops as well as sinks and basins with innovative drain and overflow technology. Taps from our own brand Suter and selected exclusive models from partner brands complement the range.

Your impact

Our customer service team is looking for reinforcement.

In this role, you are the central hub between customers and internal and external service technicians with the following tasks:

• Forward-looking deployment planning and coordination of internal and external fitters and measurers
• Checking measurement data and assembly documents for technical feasibility, completeness, and implementability
• Ordering and managing consumables and assembly materials as well as ensuring the required material availability
• Recording repair orders
• Handling complaints in the area of customised manufacturing
