Your tasks
- You plan and coordinate all meeting appointments and take care of their preparation and follow-up, including minute-taking.
- In resident management, you maintain our waiting list and handle contract creation upon residents' admission.
- You are responsible for maintaining and managing invoice-relevant resident data.
- You support the Head of Care and Support in applicant management as well as in maintaining and processing process management documents.
- Analysing key figures and creating and editing presentations are also part of your responsibilities.
- In addition, you manage and update our SharePoint pages and participate in defined projects.
- Depending on suitability and interest, further demanding tasks can be taken on.
Your profile
- You have a qualification as a commercial clerk EFZ, ideally with experience in healthcare, or bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role and institution.
- Very good user knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, is required.
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1) are necessary; additional language skills are an advantage.
- An analytical mindset, reliability, a structured and solution-oriented approach, as well as a quick grasp, are among your strengths.
- You have strong time and self-management skills and remain focused and calm even in demanding situations.
- Initiative, active thinking, and enjoyment in shaping and further developing tasks characterise you.
- Your presence is absolutely required every Tuesday morning; the other working days can be arranged by agreement.

Preboarding
Between accepting the position and the first day of work, you as a new employee can already access relevant internal information. This allows you to form a detailed picture of the company and prepare for the job.
First day of work
On the first day, you will be onboarded in your new team and with other colleagues. You will set up your new workplace and get an overview of your upcoming tasks. You will also receive your individual induction plan, which will help you to find your way around quickly.
