Your Tasks

• Coordinate and control production processes at an assembly station
• Co-design and moderate the daily shopfloor meetings
• Prioritise, analyse and handle production disruptions
• Be responsible for comprehensive order management from release to completion (monitor deadlines, ensure material availability, guarantee quality, control costs)
• Initiate and implement rework orders based on quality reports
• Drive and implement continuous improvements (CIP) along the production line

What Convince Us

• Completed technical apprenticeship with further training as a technician HF
• Professional experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage
• SAP S4/HANA knowledge is an advantage, as well as confident use of MS Office
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, at least at level C1
• Analytical and structured way of working as well as proactive communication
• Independent, resilient and service-oriented personality
