The Non-Profit Society Zug (GGZ) is an established social organisation with economic ties to the primary labour market. Since 1884, it has combined social responsibility with professional services in the fields of social affairs, education, children and youth, as well as health. The GGZ is widely networked in the canton of Zug and is supported by the canton and municipalities. At GGZ@Work, we have been supporting social welfare recipients without employment and asylum seekers for over 30 years. With targeted labour market measures, we assist people on their way back to the primary labour market and offer meaningful employment that provides structure and stability in everyday life.

In our team "Workshop & Assembly, Warehouse & Logistics, Forestry", we offer clients diverse and practical workplaces. We process internal and external customer orders in the areas of assembly, packaging, preparation, and recycling, and are expanding the warehouse & logistics area at the Zug location.

In forestry, practical work in the forest and landscape is part of our offering. We work across sectors and support each other.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Work Educator: Work & Support 80–100 %

Your focus is on supporting and promoting clients as well as organising and carrying out customer orders in the workshop, assembly, and warehouse & logistics. At the same time, you work closely with your team and contribute to other areas as needed – for example, through assignments in forestry.

Your tasks

• Work allocation, guidance, support, and individual promotion of clients according to work education principles
• Planning, coordination, and execution of customer orders including production planning (AVOR)
• Participation in the organisation and further development of the work areas workshop, assembly, and warehouse & logistics
• Ensuring structured, efficient, and client-appropriate workflows
• Cross-departmental collaboration and mutual representation within the team
• Ensuring quality standards, QM guidelines, and occupational safety
• Documentation as well as planning and conducting site meetings
• Collaboration with internal and external specialists and contact persons

• Basic vocational training in a craft
• Completed training in work education
• Experience in group guidance or in a work integration environment is an advantage
• Structured, independent, and reliable working style
• Enjoyment in working with people from diverse life situations and cultural backgrounds
• Team spirit, resilience, humour, and creativity
