Your area of responsibility

• Managing projects in the area of reorganisation of (paper) filing and archival indexing according to ISAD(G) as well as projects in the area of digitisation (scanning)
• Planning and implementation of life cycle management of analogue and digital records
• Design, realisation, introduction and training of structures, processes and tools for filing and archive management
• Personnel management of project teams with several employees
• For these tasks, working on-site at clients, mainly in the Bern area as well as throughout Switzerland, is necessary

What you bring

• Completed humanities degree, further education FH Information Science, I&D specialist EFZ or similar qualifications
• Experience in project management and personnel leadership in the field of records management, archives or related professions
• Confident appearance and convincing presentation skills
• Analytical skills, a penchant for key figures and a pragmatic approach
• Fluent German in spoken and written form; you may also be able to communicate in English, French or Italian
