ICT Systems Administrator (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable IT operations and supporting employees with technical issues
Administration, maintenance and further development of hardware and software, telephony and IT systems
Planning and implementation of internal IT and digitalisation projects with a focus on efficiency and IT security
Evaluation and procurement of hardware and software as well as coordination of external IT partners and suppliers
Providing IT support and user training around Microsoft 365 and other corporate applications
Qualifications:
Completed basic training with a strong interest in computer science and IT
Practical experience in IT support and user assistance
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams and Outlook
Independent, responsible and solution-oriented working style with a quick grasp
Strong communication skills, networked thinking and enthusiasm for digitalisation
