Your Role

For the supervision and support of our apprentices, we are looking for a committed individual who enjoys fostering young people, providing them with security, and supporting their development.

You will accompany our apprentices in their professional daily life, share your expertise, and help them further develop their professional and personal skills. You will be an important contact person, motivating, encouraging, and providing guidance.

Your Profile

• A completed 3-year vocational training as a beautician with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ)
• Enjoyment in accompanying, supporting apprentices and passing on your expertise
• A flexible, resilient, and professional personality
• A strong customer orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Helpfulness and pleasure in teamwork
• A charming and warm manner
• Very good German language skills
• A well-groomed appearance
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and developing together with us
