Head of ICT

Responsibilities
In this versatile and responsible role, you will take on the professional responsibility for the further development of our ICT and actively shape the digital future of the PKG Pension Fund.

ICT Strategy and Development

• You develop the ICT strategy, infrastructure and system landscape further, evaluate new solutions and prepare decision-making bases for the management.
• You contribute to the continuous development of our IT organisation.
• Together with internal and external partners, you ensure the sustainable operational capability of the ICT.

ICT Projects and Digitalisation

• You lead and manage cross-departmental ICT, digitalisation, infrastructure and security projects from planning to implementation and ensure their successful realisation.
• You coordinate the collaboration between departments, ICT and external service providers.
• You lead the ICT administrator and take on a central hub function between internal stakeholders, external partners and ICT.

Information Security, Data Protection and Governance

• You manage ICT and information security risks, accompany audits and security reviews and ensure compliance with data protection, compliance and security requirements.
• You further develop ICT governance, security standards and corresponding processes.

Requirements Profile
You have a higher education at HF, FH or university level in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally with a focus on ICT project management, IT infrastructure, information security or digitalisation. You have sound knowledge of ICT infrastructure, cloud technologies, ERP systems and IT security as well as experience in planning and managing ICT projects. A good understanding of governance, compliance and data protection requirements rounds off your professional profile. You work analytically, networked, independently and structured, gladly take on responsibility and know how to coordinate different stakeholders purposefully. You communicate confidently and appropriately for the audience, including with management and external service providers. Team spirit, reliability and initiative characterise you.
