In this guest-oriented position you are responsible for:
- Supporting the Restaurant Manager in the daily management of the restaurant and ensuring smooth operations
- Assisting in creating duty rosters with Mirus 3.0 and optimising personnel resources
- Developing and conducting internal training on operational policies, our offerings and staff development
- Ensuring and monitoring all hygiene and quality standards for impeccable guest service
Your profile
- Completed training in gastronomy/hospitality or a degree from a hotel management school
- Professional experience in a comparable position and confident handling of Micros Symphony
- Experience in upscale hotel operations
- Fluent German and English skills, any additional foreign language is a plus
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility, resilience and a strong quality awareness
- Sensitivity in dealing with international guests, enjoyment in staff leadership and a winning demeanour
