Expert Spare Parts (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsible for a customer base, from enquiry to billing, including national and international shipping
- Commercial and technical clarifications of customer enquiries and orders for spare parts
- Close cooperation with internal departments such as purchasing, production planning, warehouse, shipping, engineering, etc.
- Following up on outstanding offers
- Handling customer repairs
- Issuing returns and credit notes
- Processing customer complaints
Your Qualifications
- Commercial basic training from a technical environment is essential
- At least 5 years of experience in internal sales, preferably in the machine industry
- Experience in export is also a must
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Independent and precise working style
- High resilience and structured approach, even with several ongoing tasks
- Very good communication, reliability and team spirit
- Very good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and Excel
- Very good German skills and English level C, French an advantage
