To strengthen our team, we are looking for a position at the Rüti bei Büren location:

HR Generalist 100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Active role in the entire recruitment process; support and advice to line managers as well as participation in job interviews within the respective area of responsibility and at site-specific areas throughout Switzerland
• You act as a sparring partner and support employees as well as line managers in all core processes. Competent, goal-oriented advice and support of line managers and employees on operational matters and/or issues is a core task
• Implementation of contemporary case management, including associated advisory and coordination tasks up to the implementation of measures, involving respective partners as well as personnel law aspects
• Participation in the management and further development of ongoing HR processes, situational involvement in HR-specific projects, as well as contribution in the area of apprenticeship management

You bring with you:

• Commercial basic training with completed further education as an HR specialist
• Professional experience in a comparable function, with supported expertise as well as basic knowledge in labour law issues is desirable
• Native language French or German with very good knowledge of the other official language is desirable
• Good user knowledge of the common MS Office suite and an affinity for "social media topics" as well as Abacus is an advantage
• Proactive and pragmatic approach with a service-oriented attitude. In addition, you have a high degree of independence, commitment, and solution orientation as well as strong advisory competence
• Your communication skills are pronounced and you have good organisational skills. Flexibility, teamwork, enjoyment in dealing with external and internal stakeholders. Reliability and precise working methods complete your profile
