HR Generalist

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle and act as a contact person for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters.

Your tasks

Independent management of the entire HR lifecycle from entry to exit, advising and supporting managers and employees on HR topics, drafting employment contracts, references, and other HR documents, recruiting specialists and managers including applicant management, managing personnel master data and ensuring correct HR administration, preparing and conducting monthly payroll, developing HR processes further, as well as additional tasks in financial accounting

Your profile

You have completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification, further training as an HR specialist or equivalent HR training or willingness to undertake such training, a structured, independent, and responsible working style, good communication and advisory skills, very good German language skills, French skills are an advantage
