What awaits you with us
- Responsibility for newly incoming tickets including qualification, prioritisation, documentation and solution-oriented processing in 1st and 2nd level support.
- Management of automated rollouts as well as lifecycle management of our Windows, macOS and mobile devices with Microsoft Intune.
- Administration of Microsoft 365 as well as Azure or Entra ID including implementation of security and compliance requirements.
- Monitoring system stability with tools like Datto RMM and Trend Micro and sustainable resolution of complex faults.
- Support in IT projects and close collaboration with the decentralised IT key users at our locations.
- Direct support of users on site with hardware issues, more complex rollouts and technical problems.
What you bring
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification with a focus on system technology or IT support.
- At least two years of practical experience in IT support, 1st/2nd level or IT system administration.
- Confident handling of Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune. Knowledge in managing business applications and their interfaces such as ERP or middleware is an advantage.
- You work in a structured way and keep an overview and service quality in focus even with a high ticket volume.
- A category B driving licence is mandatory for support at our locations.
