What you can contribute
- Service Asset and Configuration Manager for BIT-DP
- Data maintenance of the CMDB and asset lifecycle (SACM)
- Develop, implement and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules
- Automate deployments and configuration management in a DevOps environment
- Monitoring, error analysis and performance optimisation of the ServiceNow platform
What makes you unique
- Several years of experience with ServiceNow; ServiceNow Certified System Administrator is an advantage
- Experience with ServiceNow development, especially in Script Includes, Discovery, Client Scripts and UI Policies
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM systems
- Good programming skills in JavaScript, REST APIs and web technologies
- Good knowledge of two official languages
In a nutshell
We develop and operate the ServiceNow platform for the Swiss Army as well as for BIT. It serves as an independent and crisis-resistant ICT infrastructure. You help shape the state-of-the-art technology and bring innovative ideas. As a DevOps Engineer, you are responsible for the provision, development and operation of ServiceNow instances in a complex development, test and production environment. Additionally, you take on the role of SACM and are responsible for the process for BIT-DP.
