Your activities

• be the first point of contact to competently advise our customers by phone and video on payment, savings, pension, and digital banking topics
• welcome customers from our branches via videoconference and offer them a consulting experience that is both personal and professional
• identify the needs of our customers and recommend suitable products and services
• create a climate of trust through your empathy, communication skills, and open-mindedness, thus contributing to a high level of customer satisfaction

You possess

• a completed basic training in the service sector
• excellent spoken French and fluent spoken German (conversational level)
• enjoyment in human contact as well as advising and selling by phone and video – ideally complemented by initial professional experience in this field
• team spirit, openness to change, and the desire to thrive in a dynamic work environment with shift planning
• the ability to meet the diverse needs of our customers and maintain an overview even in demanding situations

You should know

• the integration period lasts about 2 to 3 months, takes place on-site and is full-time (100%)
• on Mondays, continuous availability is required due to the high volume of customer requests
• possibility to work from home up to two days per week after the integration phase – depending on your activity rate
