What to expect
- Take business ownership: Revenue and margin responsibility for the business unit with the categories Mobile & Tablets, Computing, Components & Storage, Workplace as well as Printing & HP
- Grow strategically: Together with your leadership team, you develop growth and assortment strategies across all sales channels
- Set goals and manage performance: You manage the business development, set clear goals and OKRs in line with the overall strategy
- Drive transformation together: You work closely with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, IT and Operations and actively shape changes in purchasing, pricing and automated SCM and E2E processes.
- Strengthen the team: You empower your leadership team to drive creative and innovative solutions within the framework of our strategy
What you bring
- Professional expertise: Higher degree in business administration, business administration or comparable, solid strategic and operational experience, ideally in category management, retail or e-commerce in the ICT environment
- Leadership experience: Several years of management experience, also across several hierarchical levels, in category management and assortment development
- Analytical & entrepreneurial: Strong data orientation, high problem-solving skills and enjoyment of performance management
- Communicative & reliable: High social competence, excellent communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
- Technology affinity: Familiar with current workplace tools as well as, advantageously, tools & processes in automated SCM, purchasing, pricing, etc.
