To meet the high demands and needs of our customers and to successfully implement the targeted growth in logistics, we are looking for reinforcement in our team.

For Switzerland in Egerkingen we are looking for a motivated person immediately or by arrangement as Customer Service & Billing Clerk.


Your main tasks:

• Independent handling of written and telephone customer enquiries
• Cross-departmental clarification of customer concerns and complaints
• Recording and documenting customer concerns in the CRM system (Salesforce)
• Checking and tracking shipment data in the logistics system
• Preparation of billing data and invoicing to customers

• You have completed a commercial basic training
• You bring experience in billing and/or customer service
• Ideally, you already know the logistics and transport industry from practice
• You communicate confidently in German and have good English or French skills
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• You convince with a strong customer and service orientation as well as team spirit
• You work proactively, communicatively and solution-oriented
• You are a conscientious person who works precisely and structured
