Ensuring existing and correct implementation of new regulatory or legal requirements (e.g., CRD, EU Pay Transparency Directive) in the compensation environment
Direct leadership or specialist support in global and local compensation and HR projects
Support and advice to line managers, HR business partners, and specialist departments on all matters related to Compensation & Benefits
Global SME role in the operational implementation of legal and regulatory requirements in the area of compensation, e.g., implementation of annual processes related to risk takers, preparation of compensation and disclosure reports, or participation in internal and external audits
Active collaboration with all team members in existing tasks and new Compensation & Benefits projects, such as creating customer-specific analyses, market data collection and trend studies, as well as administration and further development of compensation plans
Responsibility for the administration, management, and continuous development of Long-Term Incentive Plans
Support in the execution and further development of the annual, worldwide compensation process
University degree or higher business administration education
Minimum 15 years of solid experience in Compensation & Benefits
Strong analytical, conceptual, and communication skills as well as the ability to act successfully and independently in a dynamic environment
Experience in the financial industry is an advantage
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
Very good Microsoft Office user skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Workday or other HRIT systems is an advantage
Willingness to perform for international tasks and challenges
Strong team player and openness to intercultural differences within the group
Persuasiveness and assertiveness
