To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual with a focus on Finance or Payroll & HR, who enjoys varied customer projects and wants to actively shape our company.

Tasks

• Independent consulting and support of our customers in the areas of Abacus Finance and/or Payroll & HR
• Analysis of customer requirements and development of individual, practical solutions
• Planning and implementation of introduction, optimisation, and further development projects
• Support of our customers with complex professional and technical issues
• Conducting customer training sessions and workshops
• Independent handling of customer projects – from requirements gathering to implementation
• Participation in the further development of our services and consulting offerings

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience in Abacus consulting with a focus on Finance and/or Payroll & HR
• Sound expertise in the respective Abacus specialist area
• Experience in independent consulting and customer support
• Experience in the implementation and support of Abacus projects
• Analytical thinking and a strong solution orientation
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
