We challenge you

• with the opening, examination and processing of benefit cases in the event of incapacity for work
• in checking the entitlement requirements and obtaining missing documents
• with correspondence with insured persons, employers, doctors and social insurances (IV/UV)
• with ensuring the correct application of laws / regulations / insurance conditions as well as social insurances
• with the calculation of benefits
• with telephone and written advice on benefit entitlements
• in interdisciplinary collaboration with case management, reinsurers and other internal specialist departments
• in your customer friendliness and service orientation
• with the further development and optimisation of processes (if desired)

You fit well with us

• with your commercial training, ideally in the insurance or social insurance sector
• thanks to your professional experience in claims assessment or case processing, preferably in the area of daily sickness benefits (KTG), UVG or BVG
• with your good knowledge of Swiss social insurances and their interaction
• thanks to your precise, structured and independent personality and your customer-oriented way of working
• as a team player, people person and extra mile achiever
• with your openness and interest in digital transformation
• with your confident German as well as other foreign language skills
