Your Tasks and Perspectives

• Independent planning and varied design of five consecutive course units
• Professional delivery of the babyswimming courses on around 15 Saturday mornings per year, each with four lessons in a row
• Playful promotion of water familiarisation as well as the motor development of babies and toddlers
• Competent support and advice for parents during the course units
• Co-responsibility for a safe, warm and appealing course atmosphere

What You Bring to This Position

• Experience in leading babyswimming courses and enjoyment in working with babies and their companions
• Completed aqua-baby training from swimsports is a prerequisite for this role
• Empathetic, open-minded and responsible personality with high social competence
• Independent, flexible and reliable working style
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment in contact with families
