Microsoft 365 Systems Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Support of IT migration projects from planning through implementation to successful handover
Support and assistance for SME clients remotely, by phone and on-site with technical issues
Administration, monitoring and optimisation of Microsoft 365 cloud environments including security and availability
Installation, configuration and operation of Windows server and client systems
Analysis and resolution of IT faults as well as support in the further development of client infrastructures
Qualifications:
Good knowledge of Windows client & server as well as Microsoft 365
Completed training in computer science or comparable further education and professional experience
Initial to several years of experience in IT support or system engineering
Strong customer and service orientation as well as independent and solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills, good English skills and driving licence category B
