IT Support 2nd Level (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring IT daily operations including incident and change management as well as coordination of external service providers
Further development of IT services together with the departments according to IT strategy and company goals
Provision of technical foundations for the use of digitalisation and automation potentials in close cooperation with production and sales
Participation in the administration of hyper-converged infrastructure and hybrid cloud architecture as well as active support of rollouts and IT projects
Support of mobile device management with iOS devices, including release planning, deployment management, endpoint security (Cortex XDR) and Palo Alto firewall
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification
Professional experience in application management, as a database developer in the Microsoft environment or in system administration
Pronounced team skills, organisational talent and customer-oriented thinking
High social competence in dealing with employees and business partners
Independent, systematic and responsible working style as well as very good German and English skills, French an advantage
