For 60 years, we - the EHL Hotel Management School Passugg - have been preparing young people for their careers. We offer interconnected training programmes from basic education through the Higher Technical School up to the Bachelor level. We are looking for immediately or by arrangement

Career Service Staff (m/f/d) 100%

for our courses in vocational basic education as well as the Higher Technical School. In this role, you will advise and support apprentices and students before, during, and after the mandatory internships. You will regularly visit our internship companies in Switzerland and maintain intensive contacts with companies as well as various organisations. We offer you a varied, responsible position with plenty of scope for creativity in your area of work.

Your main tasks:

• Planning and conducting internship lessons
• Advising and supporting apprentices and students during the application phases
• Administrative tasks, contract management, and data maintenance
• Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting internship tasks and certificates
• Communication and correspondence with different stakeholders (companies, apprentices/students, internal departments, authorities)
• Co-organising career events at EHL Passugg

Your profile:

• Completed hotel management school or equivalent training
• Enjoy working with apprentices/students and have a pedagogical flair
• Experience in advising and coaching is an advantage
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written; additional foreign languages are an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills; further IT knowledge is an advantage
