Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for the coordination and management of facility management service providers
- Ensuring safety, compliance, hygiene and GMP requirements
- Embedding and further development of EHS and ESG topics
- Responsibility for building, monitoring, lease contract and space management
- Budget, procurement and fleet management including cost control
- Support during audits, inspections and continuous optimisation of facility processes
Profile
- Technical or commercial training with experience in facility/building management
- Knowledge of regulated environments such as laboratory, pharma or diagnostics is an advantage
- Good MS365 skills as well as experience with access and monitoring systems
- Strong service and solution orientation, assertiveness and cost awareness
- Very good German and good English skills
