Your area of responsibility
- Receiving, classifying, analysing, and resolving fault reports in the areas of office hardware, office applications, and internal business applications
- Supporting end users by phone, remote maintenance, and on site
- Support, operation, and maintenance of client infrastructures
- Creating and maintaining instructions and documentation
- Supporting and forwarding unsolvable problem tickets to the responsible specialist
- Installing hardware and commissioning in the company network
- Hardware procurement and inventory management
- Participating in migration and rollout projects
- Co-responsibility for monitoring the ICT infrastructure
- Day assignments at branch offices in Bern, Basel, Lucerne, Lausanne, Geneva, and St. Gallen are possible
What you bring with you
- Completed IT training (MCSA, MCSE, Swiss Federal Certificate in IT)
- Several years of experience in 1st level support an advantage
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 to 2025, Windows 10/11
- Technical flair in adapting new technologies and their applications
- Basic knowledge in the Microsoft environment an advantage (Azure, Exchange, Teams, Windows Server, SQL Server, Dynamics, SharePoint, Office/Microsoft 365)
- Basic knowledge in handling virtualised system environments an advantage (VMWare / Hyper-V / VDI)
- Open, flexible, resilient personality with excellent communication skills
- Independent, reliable, customer-oriented, and precise working style
- Driving licence category B and willingness to travel
- Native German speaker
- French language skills an advantage
- Self-responsible working style
