Do you want to not only operate modern workplace solutions but also technically shape them from the ground up? In this role, you are responsible for the foundation of our Workplace Platform and continuously develop it as an internal product. You automate and standardise our Microsoft 365 and endpoint landscape, creating solutions that others can independently build upon. What to expect
- Technical responsibility for the foundation of our Workplace Platform and its continuous development
- Consistently transfer Microsoft 365 and endpoint configuration into Configuration as Code
- Build reproducible, testable, and versioned configurations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and IaC
- Develop tooling and automations that enable self-service and reduce manual work
- Define technical standards for secure yet user-friendly workplace solutions together with IT Security
- Actively shape the platform roadmap and drive standardisation and reduction of technical debt
- Establish source control, code reviews, and pipeline-based deployments as a fixed part of the technical workflow
- Pass on know-how within the team through pairing and shadowing and empower colleagues professionally
- Take responsibility in 3rd-level support and assist 2nd-level support with complex issues
What you bring
- Several years of experience in workplace/endpoint engineering with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune
- Solid practical experience in Configuration as Code, especially with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Infrastructure as Code
- Experience in converting classic click-based administration into reproducible and versioned configurations
- Confident handling of source control, code reviews, and pipeline-based deployment
- Good knowledge of Entra ID, endpoint security, and permission models
- A strong understanding of automation, standardisation, and sustainable platform solutions
- Product mindset and enjoyment in continuously developing technical platforms
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey knowledge clearly
- Enjoy empowering others and driving technical standards forward together
