Head of Education Centre
Your Tasks
- Personnel, professional and organisational leadership of the education centre with around 30 employees
- Further development of the education centre as a modern competence centre for operational training and continuing education
- Ensuring high-quality training and continuing education in the areas of bus, tram and trolleybus as well as other operational functions
- Promoting a future-oriented learning and training culture with modern didactic and digital learning methods
- Responsibility for the development of new educational products and continuous optimisation of existing educational offerings
- Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, regulations and quality standards
- Managing director of Verkehrsfachschule Schweiz AG
Your Profile
- Completed higher education FH/HF, e.g. in educational management, business administration, organisational development or equivalent qualification
- Several years of leadership and management experience in an educational organisation or a service company
- Experience in the development and implementation of educational strategies, digitalisation projects and change processes
- Communicative personality with a confident manner towards different stakeholders
- Ability to combine and implement operational excellence with strategic further development
- Resilience and decisiveness, solution-oriented action even in demanding situations, integrity, reliability and role model function
- Knowledge of public transport or a safety-relevant operational environment is an advantage
- Ideal age between 40 and 50 years
