Role:
Systems alone do not solve problems, but when used correctly they save a lot of time. As an HR Application Manager, you ensure that the deployed HR software runs smoothly and truly relieves the specialist department. You question manual processes, expand modules and deliver reliable evaluations. Your assessment counts when it comes to new functions and process changes.
Responsibilities:
You keep the HR application running and develop it step by step
You record requirements from the specialist department, review them and implement suitable modules
Furthermore, you bring automation into existing personnel processes
You build reports, evaluations and HR key figures (KPIs) and continuously refine them
In addition, you ensure clean data and assist with maintaining master data
You also accompany test phases, releases and the introduction of new functions
Qualifications:
You have a commercial or business administration basic education related to human resources
Knowledge of a common HR solution with payroll and time management helps you in everyday work
You are familiar with personnel processes and can translate them into system logic
You are confident with Excel, initial reporting experience is a plus
You break down complex topics objectively and find pragmatic ways to solve them
Furthermore, you tackle tasks independently, value collaboration and communicate fluently in German
