Our client is an established, non-profit housing and real estate organisation based in Basel. They manage many of their own apartments as well as other properties and are committed to sustainable, social housing and innovative housing projects. Property Manager Residential Rental Properties 80%

What you will achieve:

• Independent management of a portfolio of residential properties
• Communication with owners, tenants and external partners
• Organisation of rental processes – from termination to re-letting
• Preparation of owner reports and condition reports
• Organisation of property maintenance, coordination and commissioning of repairs
• General administrative tasks such as tenancy law clarifications, checking rents and preparing recommendations, handling claims, etc.
• Support in accounts receivable and payable accounting as well as assistance in preparing heating and ancillary cost statements and annual financial statements

What you bring:

• Commercial training and several years of experience in property management
• Independent, reliable and customer-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in contact with people – even in hectic situations
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Good MS Office skills, ideally experience with AbaImmo
• Further training in the real estate sector is an advantage
