What to expect
- Personnel and technical leadership as well as further development of the Security Engineering team with a focus on cyber security
- Responsibility for strategy, portfolio, budget, utilisation and quality of the Security Engineering area
- Further development of our security portfolio as well as our managed security services
- Development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy including offer development, skills and resource planning
- Responsibility for recruiting, employee development, coaching and talent promotion
- Independent development of customer solutions, preparation of offers and support throughout the entire offer process up to contract conclusion
- Support of sales in presales, customer workshops and the development of new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as advising customers
- Close cooperation with the Cyber Defence Center, Cloud, Infrastructure and other delivery teams
- Monitoring the security market, evaluating new technologies and building and maintaining strategic technology partnerships
- Responsibility for innovation as well as the further development of consulting, process and technology solutions
- Representation of ti&m at customer events, specialist conferences and community events
What you bring
- Several years of experience in a leadership role in cyber security or security engineering
- Entrepreneurial thinking as well as strong customer, service and result orientation
- Experience in leading and developing teams
- Sound knowledge of modern cyber security architectures and security technologies
- Experience in presales, business development and expanding customer relationships
- Understanding of governance, risk & compliance as well as regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, DORA, NIS2 or FINMA)
- Experience in several of the following areas:
- Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)
- Web Application Firewall (WAF)
- Cloud Security (Azure, AWS or GCP)
- Network and infrastructure security
- Container and Kubernetes security
- Application security / DevSecOps
Advantageous
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss security market as well as an existing network
- Hands-on experience with leading security technologies
- Experience in regulated industries such as banking, insurance or public sector
- Experience in building and operating managed security services
- Experience with hybrid cloud and zero-trust architectures
- Certifications and training e.g. CISSP, CCSP, ISACA, ISO 27001 internal auditor
