Your tasks

• You are the central contact person for our clients and advise them on the introduction and further development of effective solutions based on the Atlassian product suite – from task management/ticketing solutions to intranet and cloud migrations to knowledge and project platforms.
• Together with the clients, you analyse and prioritise requirements, processes and existing setups, develop suitable solution concepts and are actively involved in their configuration and implementation.
• You lead and shape small to medium-sized customer projects, coordinate internal project teams as well as external stakeholders and keep a firm eye on deadlines, project progress, quality and budget.
• You maintain customer relationships, build long-term, trusting contacts and look for development and optimisation potential.
• You accompany stakeholders in change management and ensure acceptance on the client side and a successful, sustainable introduction of the solutions through workshops, solution demos, training and targeted knowledge transfer.
• You contribute your know-how to the consulting team and actively help shape best practices, standards and our consulting offering – and develop yourself step by step professionally and personally.

Your profile

• You bring experience in IT consulting, are customer- and result-oriented and enjoy shaping processes.
• You have practical experience in the Atlassian environment and have already worked with products such as Jira, Confluence or comparable solutions.
• You think analytically and enjoy independently developing suitable solutions from requirements and successfully establishing them with clients.
• You have strong organisational and coordination skills and are used to leading projects and driving them forward without losing sight of the big picture.
• You are a proactive team player and communicate fluently and confidently in German and very well in English.
