Your Responsibilities

HR from A to Z:

• Organising and implementing the recruitment process
• Managing personnel administration (entries and exits, work references, file management, etc.)
• Drafting employment contracts, monitoring contracts and compliance with working hours
• Processing payroll; accounting and reporting changes for BVG, AHV, UVG, KT including annual accounts in close cooperation with the finance department
• Contact person for all HR-related matters, including accidents and illness
• Collaborating on and developing HR-related and other project topics as well as deputising for the Head of HR until her retirement
• Regularly measuring key figures and documenting implementation in case of deviations
• Responsible for participation in training courses

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in personnel management (level HR specialist or similar)
• Already gained broad experience in HR and now ready for the next career step
• Good understanding of work processes and interconnected thinking
• Empathetic, resilient, communicative and open personality with team spirit and assertiveness
• Good ERP and MS Windows user skills
• Good knowledge of the payroll software Infoniqa 200 / suiteify is an advantage
• Experience with international locations (DE, USA), travelling assembly team and aviation industry is an advantage
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage

The current Head of HR (one-person show) plans her retirement in about a year. This position is a team build-up – with the goal – to grow into the role of the future Head of HR. The Head of HR position reports directly to the CFO.
