Responsibilities

• Development and professionalisation of HR structures, processes and HR standards along the entire employee life cycle for the Swiss subsidiary – aligned with the HR strategy of the medermis group
• Establishment of job and succession planning for medical professionals together with regional management
• Recruitment of demanding specialist and leadership positions – especially doctors and medical professionals
• Building a talent network, driving the use of active sourcing for hard-to-fill roles, and targeted management of external service providers
• Sparring partner for site managers on leadership and personnel matters
• Further development of HR metrics, reporting, onboarding, development and retention
• Perspective: building an HR team in Switzerland

Profile requirements

• Completed degree, ideally with a focus on human resource management or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in generalist HR work, ideally with leadership of a small team in healthcare
• Experience in recruiting and active sourcing of specialists and executives, ideally in healthcare
• Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for building new structures
• Strong communication and consulting skills as well as a high implementation orientation
• Confident use of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Very good German skills; good English skills are an advantage
• Affinity for digital HR and recruiting tools as well as willingness to travel within Switzerland to our locations
