- Creation and maintenance of personnel documents such as employment contracts and certificates
- Ensuring compliance of HR processes with Swiss labour law and guidelines
- Handling operational HR topics such as family allowances, pension fund, and absences
- Collaboration with payroll and various HR teams on cross-cutting issues
- Experience in payroll is an advantage, such as salary audits or payroll collaboration
- Sound understanding of personnel administration, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail as well as efficient and proactive working style
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written

Responsibilities
- Coordination of central processes in the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit- Creation and maintenance of personnel documents such as employment contracts and certificates
- Ensuring compliance of HR processes with Swiss labour law and guidelines
- Handling operational HR topics such as family allowances, pension fund, and absences
- Collaboration with payroll and various HR teams on cross-cutting issues
Profile
- Several years of experience in HR- Experience in payroll is an advantage, such as salary audits or payroll collaboration
- Sound understanding of personnel administration, documentation, and compliance requirements
- Strong attention to detail as well as efficient and proactive working style
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
