To strengthen our HR department, we are looking for an experienced, discreet individual to start immediately or by arrangement as
HR Administrator
Workload: 100%
Start: immediately or by arrangement
Duration: permanent
Workplace: Urdorf
Main Tasks
In this versatile role, you will take on HR administrative tasks and support the HR management in administrative and organisational matters. You will file documents in Abacus, create reports and lists, often involving data verification, prepare documents in a structured manner, produce convincing presentations and reports, and, if necessary, liaise with authorities by phone.
However, this position can – depending on your experience and ambition – be more: you will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own topics and contribute ideas within the development of our HR processes.
You will also participate in HR projects (e.g. Abacus, HR-Cockpit) and support the project participants in their work.
Furthermore, you will document instructions and processes in Confluence, research information and offers on HR topics, and check texts for accuracy (DE/FR/EN), including those created or translated with AI. If necessary, you will of course also support the HR team.
What Makes This Position Special
This is not a classic administrative role: alongside HR administrative tasks, you will work closely with HR management, keep an overview, and, depending on experience and ambition, take on your own topics.

- High reliability and service orientation, confident and professional demeanour, strong communication skills
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office and high IT affinity (Confluence, Jira advantageous)
- Openness to AI: you are not afraid to use AI tools sensibly and according to instructions in everyday work
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken, very good French skills, Italian is an advantage
