Educational Advisor with Site Responsibility 80% (m/f/d)

Your task

Together with the interested parties, you plan suitable educational paths and options based on the individual profile. You create an educational plan that shows the appropriate educational offer across levels and departments according to personal needs. You support the team with your experience in projects and reporting. Thanks to your host mentality, you are the considerate contact person for all concerns of students, lecturers, and subtenants at the location. You are responsible for a flawless site and room planning.

Your duties as an Educational Advisor include:

• Responsibility for accompanying interested parties in their information, decision, registration, and admission processes
• Conducting advisory discussions by phone, video chat, or on-site
• Processing and follow-up of inquiries from interested parties across all channels
• Participation and execution of presentations at information events and marketing activities
• Implementation of measures and formats for customer retention and care during and after the educational programme
• Maintenance of leads in the CRM system as well as participation in analysis and reporting
• Participation in projects for the further development of ipso! educational advising

Your duties as a Site Manager include:

• Contact person for students, lecturers, and subtenants at the ipso! St. Gallen site
• Responsibility for room requirement planning at the site, taking into account the needs of programme management, including renting external premises
• Definition of services and processes for room maintenance, technical building services, and repairs at the site in cooperation with Facility Management and IT services
• Responsibility for concluding and implementing interim sublease agreements according to contract guidelines and external cost rates

Your requirements

• Enjoy discovering the individual potential of interested parties from various customer groups and showing suitable, personal educational paths
• Experience in advising and selling complex or personal services
• A confident manner with a host mentality and a strong service orientation
• A very high degree of initiative and willingness to work process- and result-oriented
• Very good German language skills
• Willingness to work independently and responsibly at the site even without direct colleagues while being part of a supraregional team
• Willingness to work at information events in the evening/weekends
