Your tasks
In this role, you form the central interface between our specialist departments and IT. You ensure that our core applications - above all our Salesforce platform - are operated stably, developed in a process-oriented manner and used optimally by the users.
- Business analysis & requirements management: You systematically capture the needs of the specialist departments, analyse and prioritise requirements and translate them into viable technical concepts.
- Solution design & configuration: You configure Salesforce solutions declaratively (flows, Lightning apps, dynamic forms), conduct tests and rollouts, and ensure a robust and sustainable software architecture. You coordinate demanding development tasks with our external Salesforce partner.
- Application management: You are responsible for the stable operation of Salesforce and other core business applications such as Optimy, plan releases and coordinate changes transparently.
- Support & enablement: You are responsible for second-level support, assist with complex first-level enquiries and empower our employees through tailored, practical training and documentation.
- Process & project work: You model, harmonise and optimise cross-departmental business processes and represent the IT perspective in interdisciplinary projects.
Your profile
- Education or degree (HF/FH/Uni) in business informatics or application management or comparable qualification with several years of practical experience in the Salesforce environment.
- Salesforce know-how: Sound knowledge in the administration and configuration of the Salesforce Sales Cloud (Flow Builder, data modelling & relationships, Lightning App Builder, reports & dashboards, release management, user management etc.).
- Technical understanding: Knowledge of Salesforce Apex/code architecture is an advantage (for thorough code reviews with external developers and minor adjustments). Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
- Methodological competence: Experience in business analysis, process modelling and agile project work.
- Personality: Independent, structured and proactive working style; strong team and service orientation as well as enjoyment in creating user-friendly, sustainable solutions.
- Languages: Very good German or French skills with good knowledge of the other national language as well as solid technical English.
