Your Area of Responsibility
You support our department head in managing a diverse portfolio of condominium owner associations. In doing so, you take on varied administrative and organisational tasks and ensure that our property management operates professionally and reliably.

This includes, among other things, creating and sending invitations and documents, preparing meeting materials, as well as processing and sending minutes. You also partially attend condominium owners' meetings, which usually take place in the evenings.
You are the contact person for owners, receive their concerns, and handle them independently or forward them to the responsible departments. Additionally, you support the creation of owner information, circulars, and other communication materials.
Furthermore, you handle administrative tasks related to property management, coordinate appointments and orders with craftsmen and service providers, and assist in the ongoing care of the properties. You also actively participate in cases of damage as well as technical and structural matters.
Depending on your experience and interests, you will increasingly take on your own tasks and areas of responsibility.
