Your area of responsibility
After the successful introduction of Workday as the new global HR system for the entire LGT Group, the HR Services & Digital Transformation team is looking for a Workday specialist. In this role, you are responsible for the further development of Workday and its functionalities as well as for maintenance and operational tasks.
Furthermore, you train and enable our employees in the application of HR processes.
In this challenging and exciting position, you will take on the following tasks:
- Technical maintenance, optimisation and further development of processes, reports and functionalities, as well as support in day-to-day business
- Analysing and capturing external and internal business requirements and their implementation
- Support of Workday problem analysis, root cause analysis and troubleshooting, including involving internal and external specialists
- Consulting and supporting the local HR organisation and business units in process matters
- Development and updating of tutorials and training users in the use of Workday
- Administration and configuration of existing business and HR processes in Workday
- Ensuring interfaces to the surrounding systems in cooperation with IT
Your profile
Your profile shows:
- University degree or equivalent qualification in HR and/or IT
- Several years of experience with HR IT systems, including at least 3 years of experience with Workday
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Oral communication skills in German are desirable
- Experience in the financial sector and/or HR is an advantage
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of integrity and discretion
- Focus on high delivery quality and customer orientation
