IT Demand Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Recording, evaluation and management of IT requirements, service needs, innovations and strategic projects

• Management and further development of the internal demand process as well as related areas such as service request and portfolio management

• Conducting needs analyses with a focus on cost-effectiveness and strategic benefit, including the creation of business cases and utility analyses

• Analysis and recording of work processes, creating activity and context diagrams

• Transparent documentation in the ITSM and DMS system as well as regular management reporting

• Handover and coordination of approved requirements to our IT service providers

• Service level monitoring and coordination of collaboration between stakeholders

• Identification of optimisation opportunities through analysis of recurring requests

• Participation in coordination committees with our IT service provider and representing KKL interests in the committees
  

Your profile:

• University degree in business informatics, business analysis or a comparable technical / business qualification

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering or demand / IT service management

• Ability to explain complex topics clearly and prepare decision-making bases clearly

• Proven ITIL knowledge and experience with ITSM systems

• Highly analytical working style and experience in applying BPMN and UML

• Current technology understanding in the areas of IT infrastructure, cloud, workplace, security, network, as well as data and software engineering

• Communicative and assertive personality

• High service orientation, teamwork, willingness to develop further in the nuclear industry

• German as mother tongue and good English skills (B2)

• Impeccable reputation and driving licence category B
