About the job
HR with influence. Transformation with impact.
For our client, an internationally operating industrial group, we are looking for an experienced HR leader who combines strategic foresight with entrepreneurial thinking and a pronounced hands-on mentality.
As a member of the Group Management, you will further develop the group-wide HR orientation, coordinate central HR topics across multiple locations, and accompany the company through phases of change and development.
This role is deliberately positioned close to operational business. We are not looking for a pure strategy or governance role, but a personality who develops concepts, prepares decisions, and supports topics together with the local HR managers through to implementation.
WHAT YOU WILL ACHIEVE
- You will further develop the group-wide HR strategy, HR organisation, and common standards across eight locations
- You will advise the CEO, Group Management, and Board of Directors on strategic HR and organisational matters
- You will support international transformation, restructuring, and organisational development processes
- You will lead the central HR function and coordinate professional collaboration with the local HR managers
- You will be responsible for filling selected key and leadership positions and further develop talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
- You will manage HR controlling, KPI reporting, HR budget as well as compensation & benefits
- You will initiate and lead international HR, digitalisation, and organisational development projects
- You will further develop HR systems and digital processes and ensure their practical implementation
- You will strengthen employer attractiveness and help shape a performance-oriented, modern corporate culture
- You will ensure that group-wide HR initiatives are not only designed but sustainably anchored in the individual locations
WHAT YOU BRING
- University degree with a focus on Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Law, or comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership experience in a strategic HR function
- Experience in an international industrial or production environment
- Solid practical experience in transformation, restructuring, and organisational development
- Experience in managing decentralised or multi-site HR structures
- Very good knowledge in HR controlling, KPI management, as well as compensation & benefits topics
- Strong digital affinity and experience with modern HR systems
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and a good sense for different stakeholder groups
- Confident communication and consulting skills at executive and management level
- Fluent German and English skills
You combine strategic HR competence with entrepreneurial thinking and want to actively shape the next development phase of an international industrial group? Then we look forward to exchanging ideas with you.
