Application Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
Service provider for energy supply companies (EVU) in Switzerland, our partner offers comprehensive, individual solutions from a single source. Independence, clear communication and many years of industry experience enable customers to focus on their core business.
Responsibilities:
Support of business applications in the energy sector as well as handling of incidents in 2nd-level support
Analysis of technical and professional requirements as well as support of migration projects
Planning and coordination of releases, changes and service processes
Collaboration with the internal data centre and other technical interfaces
Creation and further development of customer-specific reports and evaluations
Qualifications:
Completed training as IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ, business informatics specialist or comparable qualification
Good knowledge of MS Excel, SQL and XML
Professional experience in ICT or application support
Independent, structured and solution- and service-oriented working style
High reliability, resilience and teamwork skills as well as fluent German language skills
